SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard Shipping
- Delivery time: 7-10 business days to all of Australia
- Free shipping on orders over AU$50
- Tracking information will be provided via email

Shipping Risk
Products are shipped at your risk. We recommend choosing tracked shipping.
NEXUS is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once handed
to the carrier, unless caused by carrier negligence.

Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. NEXUS is not
liable for undeliverable addresses or packages returned to sender.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia only. Future international shipping will be
announced on our website.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy
- Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original
packaging
- Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
of receiving the return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing refunds

Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days with photos
and proof of purchase. We will arrange replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain clearance or promotional items may be final sale and non-returnable.
